Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is seeking a Finishing Operator for the Bowling Green, KY facility. The role focuses on post-print finishing, setup and operation of cutting equipment, quality checks, and production documentation.

You will work in a 2nd shift with a $1.00 differential, supporting safety, process discipline, and continuous improvement. Prior cutting experience is preferred and hands-on training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience on cutting operations.
• Ability to perform production math and use basic calculations.
• Ability to follow written instructions and job tickets.
• Ability to interpret specs and solve standard problems.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review tickets, set up and operate finishing equipment.
• Weight product on scales and adjust for proper amounts.
• Load and cut product according to specs and tolerances.
• Inspect cutting quality and correct issues to meet standards.
• Document production and tally sheets for each job.
• Train new operators and helpers as needed.
