Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with slitting machines or similar production equipment preferred.
• Ability to perform basic measurements and calculations.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor slitting machine during operation.
• Set up and adjust machine to specified widths.
• Load and unload paper using powered hoist and forklift.
• Package finished rolls per shipping requirements.
• Maintain clean work area and report quality issues.
