Suncore Construction & Materials is seeking a skilled Finish Blade Operator in Utah to shape roads and parking lots with precise slopes and crowns. You will read grading plans, operate motor graders with GPS and laser guidance, and ensure work meets tight tolerances and safety standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of grading experience
• Ability to finish parking lots and roads with slopes and crowns
• Proven experience operating motor graders in finish grading
• Strong reading of grading plans, blueprints, and site layouts
• Achieve precise grade tolerances (within 0.10 feet)
• Familiarity with GPS, laser-guided grading, and total station
• Knowledge of soil types and compaction requirements
• Strong communication with foremen and other operators

Responsabilidades
