Qualifications

• 5+ years of grading experience
• Ability to finish parking lots and roads with slopes and crowns
• Proven experience operating motor graders in finish grading
• Strong reading of grading plans, blueprints, and site layouts
• Achieve precise grade tolerances (within 0.10 feet)
• Familiarity with GPS, laser-guided grading, and total station
• Knowledge of soil types and compaction requirements
• Strong communication with foremen and other operators
