ZIEHL-ABEGG Inc. North America is seeking a Final Assembly Technician (1st Shift) in Winston-Salem, NC, to complete final assembly of industrial fan products per detailed instructions. You will read drawings, use hand and torque tools, and ensure quality throughout the process.

Responsibilities include inspecting finished units, reporting defects, and maintaining a safe work area. 1–3 years of manufacturing experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing or assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial fan products per work instructions and drawings.
• Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring devices.
• Inspect units visually and functionally for quality.
• Identify and report defects or deviations to relevant personnel.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 6S principles and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support workflow and improvements.
