Mayfield Dairy Farms is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor filler equipment across product families, ensuring compliance with DFA GMP and safety standards. You will complete run documentation and quality checks.

You will weigh and inspect packaging, adjust filler timing, troubleshoot issues, collect samples for QA, and coordinate line changes and cleanups with the team. Must read, write English and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor the production line equipment.
• Complete documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and packaging.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating issues.
• Prepare equipment for next run and perform line changes.
• Maintain GMP and safety practices.
