Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and adherence to GMP/HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor filling machines, cappers, case packers, and related line equipment.
• Ensure containers are filled to correct weights/volumes and meet specification standards.
• Perform line changeovers efficiently and document production and quality checks in real time.
• Maintain FIFO and ensure correct packaging materials are used.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements and assist in training new staff.
