Job summary

Titan Machinery is hiring a Precision Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and pre-deliver precision farming systems and related equipment. Work may occur in the shop or in the field, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will stay current with technology and precision systems, complete tasks professionally, and contribute to customer Satisfaction and dealership success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• 1+ year of completing tasks with limited supervision.
• Must have own tools.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time with overnights and field work.
• Flexibility to work on-call hours.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repair, and reconditioning of precision farming systems and equipment.
• Document findings, repairs, parts, and timelines clearly with owners and service team.
• Participate in ongoing training and support precision farming sales activities when needed.
• Follow safety rules and regulations on all assignments.
