Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of fabrication operations experience (press, saw, and/or roll).
• Experience in production/manufacturing within a sheet metal facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute mid-level fabrication tests across press, saw, and roll operations.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Support production schedules and maintain accurate documentation.
• Review drawings and QC stamp issued drawings for compliance.
• Verify part dimensions, material specifications, and correct orientation.
• Track labor and machine run time; organize staging and palletize finished parts.
• Follow safety protocols and ANDRITZ 8 Life-Saving Rules; promote positive team culture.
