Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling, a premier HVAC company, is seeking skilled fabrication operators to run fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing presses while performing lean-based manufacturing tasks. You will monitor controls, perform minor repairs, and ensure adherence to production specifications in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-year Technical Degree or Vo-Tech certification preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience with similar machinery in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Lays out or details layout on work stock from blueprints or templates.
• Plans sequence of operations, applying knowledge of physical properties of metal.
• Work with others with minimal supervision.
• Set up and operate multiple machines.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Wear protective gear as required.
