Tech Etch in Plymouth, MA is seeking an Etcher for 2nd shift to operate rotary/conveyor etching equipment and perform routine maintenance. You will use fixtures and dip tanks to remove photoresist and clean parts, ensuring adherence to customer specifications and safety standards.

The ideal candidate can read, write, perform basic math, and multitask while maintaining quality. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential as you contribute to production and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Read and follow general instructions to achieve customer specifications.
• Perform frequent measuring tasks with specialized measuring equipment.
• Document measurements and trends according to control worksheets.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department Lead.
• Monitor chemistry condition to ensure quality.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition; follow safety regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines as required per PM charts.
• Complete tasks per manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
• Work as a team with peers and leadership to achieve production demands.
