Tech Etch is seeking a Strip Operator who uses fixtures and dip tanks to remove photo resist from completed products. You will perform post-stripping cleaning, monitor chemistry, and ensure adherence to specs while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Daily work includes reading instructions, following standard operating procedures, and collaborating with a team to meet production goals. The role requires readiness for a fast-paced environment and physical ability to handle routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Read and apply general and special instructions to perform stripping per specification.
• Monitor chemical conditions to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities
