Job summary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Manufacturing North America Inc is seeking an Equipment Operator in Waterloo, IA. The role involves safely operating machinery, overhead cranes, hoists, and material handling equipment, plus light assembly tasks as needed.

You will follow standard work instructions to ensure quality and production standards are met, with no travel expected. The position requires handling pallets, RF scanning, and using WMS, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using RF Scanning equipment and WMS.
• Ability to read, interpret and scan pallet information.
• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Knowledge of safety practices.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience with tire and wheel operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sequence products per customer specifications using RF scanning.
• Operate hand tools, assembly equipment and related warehouse devices.
• Perform quality checks per specifications and ensure labeling accuracy.
• Complete all paperwork/documentation accurately.
• Follow safety guidelines for crane, hoist and mobile equipment.
• Support TVS SCS quality and excellence initiatives.
