Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience in performance-measured environments (efficiency, quality, or safety metrics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce products safely while adhering to established quality standards and customer specifications.
• Complete required inspection checks to ensure all products meet customer print requirements prior to shipment.
• Maintain a Quality QPPM score of no more than 400.
• Achieve and maintain a minimum production efficiency rate of 95%.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance to support production schedules and shipment commitments.
• Wear required PPE at all times and participate in daily stretch activities.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to daily challenges.
• Support overall team performance and production goals.
