Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Trade school or 6 years related experience in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficient in two of the following: electrical/electronics, mechanical/machine repair, hydraulics & pneumatic troubleshooting, fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, modification and alignment of precision hydraulic systems and related equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on time per standard requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and production machinery.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics and machine manuals to diagnose issues.
• Operate and maintain hand/power tools and test instruments safely.
• Ensure safety procedures and lockout/tagout compliance at all times.
• Order spare parts and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Drive forklifts and move equipment as required to support production.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and upfit changes.
