You will solder and assemble PCBs, wiring harnesses, connectors, and cable assemblies, reading drawings and work instructions to ensure excellent results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred.
• IPC certification a plus.
• Experience with soldering irons and hand tools.
• Ability to read work instructions and assembly documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to handle small components with fine motor skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Hand solder through-hole and surface-mount components.
• Assemble PCBs, wiring harnesses, connectors, and cable assemblies.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Inspect solder joints to ensure quality.
• Perform PCB rework and repairs as needed.
• Document completed work and inspection results.
• Safely operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work area.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
