Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electronic assembly and inspection, focusing on PCBs, hard drives, chips.
• Prior experience in a cleanroom environment (Class 10,000 or ISO 7).
• IPC-A-610 certification preferred; Six Sigma or Lean certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect small electronic components in a high-volume production environment.
• Operate and maintain precision inspection equipment.
• Perform quality control and functional testing on electronic assemblies.
• Document defects and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams.
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols and maintain quality standards.
• Assist in developing inspection methodologies.
