Job summary

CINDER in Beaverton, OR is seeking dependable Production Operators for a full-time assignment-to-hire role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will prepare materials, inspect small components, and operate multiple production machines. Strong attention to detail, English communication, and basic math are essential. Prior electronics manufacturing or Lean experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience using tweezers and small hand tools under a microscope.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and follow inspection, assembly, and rework instructions.
  • Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and kit materials for production according to work orders and specifications.
  • Clean and prepare parts for manufacturing processes.
  • Operate production equipment, including media blasting equipment, punch presses, transfer molding presses, and sawing equipment.
  • Perform detailed assembly, inspection, and handling of small components requiring precision and close attention to detail.
  • Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures throughout the production process.
  • Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality and workmanship requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, quality, and efficiency.
