Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have good English skills: written and verbal communication.
• Lean Principles knowledge is preferred.
• Printed circuit board manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to material handling and machine operation disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and engineering notes to take action to produce precisely designed products.
• Strict compliance to safety and quality guidelines.
• Follow dispatch to accommodate for Hot Orders and customer requirements.
• Work closely with others in a team environment.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused culture and sense of urgency.
• Adhere exactly to process requirements.
