Job summary

TT Electronics plc is seeking a Production Technician to operate production equipment and ensure efficient manufacturing. This on-site role requires compliance with ITAR and U.S. person requirements.

You will monitor equipment, follow schedules, perform inspections, and document data while upholding safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has basic mechanical/electrical knowledge, can read drawings, and is prepared to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate production equipment with safety.
• Read and understand production drawings and work instructions.
• Understand basic mechanical and electrical systems.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• ITAR compliance: U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow production schedules and ensure output meets quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and regulatory rules.
• Document production data, machine performance, and incidents.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Understand and apply Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Other duties as assigned.
