Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years in an assembly/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools and electronics production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand tools, production equipment and OMS.
• Operate machines per work instructions and safety rules.
• Read assembly drawings, blueprints and OMS.
• Apply basic math to meet production targets.
• Collect and evaluate quality data to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify and report quality or process issues and seek assistance when needed.
• Support training of new team members as needed.
• Keep work area clean and compliant with safety and quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
