Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Experience in mechanical or component assembly environments.
• Familiarity with standard work, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and/or semi-automated assembly operations in accordance with established standard work and safety procedures.
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies using tools, fixtures, and work instructions to meet product specifications.
• Inspect finished and in-process work to identify defects, ensuring only conforming product moves forward.
• Follow standard work instructions to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency in assembly processes.
• Use basic measurement tools and visual inspection techniques to verify product quality.
• Support all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and hazard identification.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with 5S standards.
• Participate in team-based problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Accurately complete production tracking, quality checks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production and quality targets.
