Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with manual dexterity.
• Experience in mechanical or component assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies per standard work and safety procedures.
• Inspect finished and in-process work to identify defects and ensure conformance.
• Follow standard work instructions to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Use basic measurement tools and visual inspection to verify quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in line with 5S standards.
• Participate in team problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Complete production tracking, quality checks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality targets.
