Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years mechanical assembly experience.
• Minimum 3 years soldering skills.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (U.S. citizen required).

Responsibilities

• Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties.
• Identify and label CCAs & LRUs.
• Integrate and assemble CCAs to chassis sub‑assemblies.
• Perform mechanical rework per rework instructions.
• Perform final unit level clean‑up.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Perform conformal coating masking, automated coating, coating removal & touch‑up, bonding on CCAs.
• Prepare wires and wrap, following Wire List, Cut List, and Work Instructions.
• Perform solder rework on CCAs with through‑hole and SMT components.
• Perform wire wrap at all levels from connector assembly to final unit assembly.
• Comprehend documentation such as DWGs, PLs, WLs, ECNs, EOs, and Work Instructions to identify errors or required changes.
