The role requires 3+ years in electro-mechanical assembly, SMT and through-hole soldering, and the ability to read schematics and drawings. It offers 1st shift, full-time with a $20–$25/hour pay range, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Hands-on experience with SMT and through-hole soldering
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and use of hand and power tools
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently with instructions
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration
• Ability to work overtime as production needs require
• IPC soldering certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform SMT and through-hole soldering, including fine-pitch components
• Assemble electronic subassemblies, electro-mechanical products and box-build systems
• Route, terminate and label wires, cables and harnesses to spec
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs and ECOs
• Inspect assemblies for workmanship and functionality
• Prepare components and materials for assembly
• Follow quality and safety procedures
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Support production goals and assist with additional assembly tasks
