The role requires learning and applying soldering skills, following IPC J-STD-001 standards, and adhering to safety regulations. Good attendance and teamwork are essential for meeting production goals at our Layton facility.

Qualifications

• Read, interpret and follow assembly drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain IPC J-STD-001 certification and solder skills per standards.
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA).

Responsibilities

• Assemble power supplies per documentation and work orders.
• Maintain records of conformance, logs and equipment use.
• Train other assemblers to improve skills and ensure quality.
