Job summary

Teledyne Relays in Hawthorne, CA seeks an Assembler II for the Solid-State group to perform semi-skilled assembly with precision. You’ll work under a microscope, solder components, and use screening and firing equipment to build high-quality ceramic substrates.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma and 1–2 years of assembly experience, soldering skills, and dexterity. This is a full-time on-site role offering comprehensive benefits and a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of related assembly experience or training.
• Certified hand soldering skills preferred.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity for small parts.
• Ability to work with microscopes, tweezers, and test equipment.
• Must be a U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using screen printing, furnaces, and hand tools.
• Operate high-temperature furnaces and microscope-based assembly.
• Perform soldering, epoxy die attach, and wire leads as required.
• Follow layouts and procedures to determine assembly steps.
• Use measurement equipment to verify specifications.
• Access job drawings and specs via computer.
