Job summary

Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, Ohio, is seeking an Electronics Assembler (CCA-TH) to support defense-grade and commercial products. This onsite role focuses on soldering components, assembling microcircuits under microscopes, and updating records in our ERP system.

You will need IPC-A-610 knowledge, a valid IPC-610 certification, basic mechanical and computer skills, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• IPC-A-610 knowledge is required.
• IPC-610 certification is required.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Solder various electronic components, wires and parts to PCB locations per IPC regulations.
• Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand work using a microscope.
• Incorporate engineering changes at board level.
• Record activity into a database and review ERP configurations.
• Ensure proper configuration control specifications in ERP.
