Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking an Electronics Assembler to support the military community by performing basic assembly of standard and volume-based products. The job involves soldering components to PCBs per IPC regulations and assembling microcircuits with detailed, microscope-assisted work.

The role requires IPC-610 knowledge, the ability to read blueprints, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass IPC-610 certification or be able to obtain it.
• US person (US citizen or Green Card holder) required.
• 2+ years soldering experience preferred.
• 2+ years defense manufacturing experience preferred.
• IPC-610 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solder various electronic components and wires to designated locations on printed circuit boards per IPC regulations.
• Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes.
• Incorporate engineering changes to new and existing products at board level.
• Record activity into a database.
• Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications.
