Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing, electronic assembly, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and technical drawings.
• Experience with soldering and electronic assembly preferred.
• IPC/J-STD certification is a plus, or willingness to become certified.
• Familiarity with ESD practices and working under a microscope is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, reassemble, and rework products following work instructions, procedures, and engineering drawings.
• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly tasks, including soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components.
• Use microscopes and precision tools to complete intricate assembly work.
• Maintain quality standards and follow established manufacturing procedures.
• Complete production documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.
