Qualifications

• Previous electronic assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, production drawings, and assembly procedures.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work orders, drawings, and sample assemblies.
• Read and follow production instructions, diagrams, and quality procedures.
• Position, align, and secure components using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment.
• Install electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, transistors, connectors, and other circuit board components.
• Perform soldering, crimping, fastening, bonding, sanding, cleaning, and other assembly tasks as required.
• Operate assembly equipment and machines used to press, shape, or wind component parts.
• Trim or adjust components to meet specified dimensions and product requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections and basic functional testing to verify product quality.
