You will perform validation, testing, and maintain tooling and workspace organization while ensuring secure handling of customer products. This is a safety-sensitive, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic-intermediate math.
• Ability to perform moderate-complex placement and testing.

Responsibilities

• Uses hand tools and fixtures, working in a team to produce products on time and with high quality.
• Performs validation and inspection of own work and in the immediate area.
• Maintains supplies and a neat and orderly work area.
• Maintains tools and equipment in proper working order.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of customer products and documentation.
• May participate in product testing.
• Provides feedback to upstream and downstream operations when appropriate.
• Participates in Lean engagements and activities.
• Recommends corrective actions to reduce or eliminate root causes of scrap.
• Follows all safety rules and company policies; performs other duties as assigned.
• Cross-trained in all assigned operations and/or specialized in at least one process.
