Qualifications

• 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and work instructions.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use common hand tools and test tools.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must have California driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using established guidelines, instructions, and drawings.
• Use small hand tools and measuring devices to assemble parts.
• Perform joining operations (crimp, stake, screw, bolt, epoxy) as required.
• Mount components on PC boards and chassis.
• Connect wires between connectors and test points.
• Complete tasks with limited supervision and document work in ERP system.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
