Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking an Assembler for a full-time, in-person role at the Watervliet Arsenal. The position offers a first shift, Monday-Sunday schedule and a pay rate of $18-$20 per hour in a clean manufacturing environment.

You will assemble small components per blueprints, perform quality checks, log data, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while potentially cross-training across production lines.

Qualifications

• Must have Real ID or Enhanced ID and be federally compliant.
• Position located on Watervliet Arsenal; security screening required.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail for assembly.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and documents.
• Comfortable using computers for data entry and production tracking.
• Willing to cross-train and adapt to different production roles.

Responsibilities
