Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking an Assembly Technician for a 1st shift, in-person role. You will assemble sub-systems by hand, read SOPs, operate hand and power tools, and maintain a clean, safe work area. This position starts with day-one benefits and weekly pay.

Qualified candidates have at least one year in manufacturing assembly, can lift up to 50 pounds, and work well in a team with good communication. Training on-demand wages option is available.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing assembly role.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools with strong manual dexterity.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a variety of sub-systems and components by hand following detailed instructions.
• Operate manual and power tools as needed for assembly and validation tasks.
• Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions accurately.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and problem solving during the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Complete required manufacturing documentation and communicate professionally with team members.
