Aerotek is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Indianapolis, IN. You will assemble, test, and inspect precision products in a climate-controlled facility, following work instructions and quality standards. The role requires reading drawings, using basic measuring tools, and reporting defects.

This is a first-shift, onsite position with potential overtime during peak periods. Weekly pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and technical documents.
Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work with small components.

Responsabilités

Assemble and inspect products according to work instructions and quality standards.
Perform basic testing and verification using production equipment and measuring tools.
Identify, document, and report defects or quality concerns.
Read and follow drawings, schematics, and production documentation.
Load materials, components, and parts into fixtures or equipment.
Package and label finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
