Spartronics in Utah is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. You will engage in semi-repetitive tasks including hand soldering, mechanical assembly, and machine operation, contributing to first-time quality in regulated electronics manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions.
• Must be a U.S. person with ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical and/or electrical operations or assemblies per specifications.
• Hand solder basic SMT and through-hole components under supervision.
• Operate manufacturing equipment following safety protocols to optimize production.
• Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow standard work instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality compliance.
• Support other areas as needed based on production flow.
