Job summary

Spartronics in Utah is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist who will perform hand soldering, mechanical assembly, and machine operation. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety, contributing to production efficiency and product reliability.

Responsibilities include basic soldering of SMT and through-hole parts, operating equipment, and performing maintenance tasks. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required, basic instruction following abilities.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination needed for small components and soldering.
• Able to read, write and comprehend English for work instructions and safety requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical and electrical operations or assemblies to specifications.
• Hand soldering of SMT and through-hole components under supervision.
• Operate manufacturing equipment following safety protocols to optimize production.
• Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Follow standard work instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.
• Support other areas as needed based on production flow.
