Spartronics in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist I - Machine to support basic operations in wave soldering, washing, coating, and de-panel tasks. The role works under supervision in a clean, air-conditioned facility with a 4/10 schedule and overtime opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a good eye for detail. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety, quality, and adherence to ITAR-related requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Standing for extended periods in an ESD-controlled environment.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic machine processes including wave solder, wash, and coating.
• Load and unload boards, fixtures, and assemblies safely.
• Inspect completed work and report defects.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on machines.
• Follow work instructions and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Perform other duties as needed based on production flow.
