Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on electro-mechanical, mechanical, or electronics assembly experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic precision measurement devices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Experience in high-tech or fast-paced manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Basic soldering, crimping, or wire-harnessing experience.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement familiarity.
• Ability to build assemblies directly from BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical sub-assemblies and final products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, schematic wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
• Perform basic functional testing and quality inspections to catch defects or performance issues early.
• Use precision measuring instruments to check component dimensions and alignment.
• Document accurate production data, logs, and quality inspection records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station using 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Report material shortages, equipment bugs, or quality variations to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to hit daily production targets.
