CentroMotion in Westfield, Wisconsin, is seeking an assembler to construct hydraulic systems and sub-assemblies. You will operate air tools, read blueprints, and follow process diagrams while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Joining a team that values continuous improvement, you will train others, assist with preventive maintenance, and work 10-hour days, with overtime potential on Fridays. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints, bills of materials, ship orders, parts lists, and defect charts.
• Ability to understand quality standards and gauging.
• Ability to lift 1-30 pounds intermittently and 50-70 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products.
• Operate air tools, wrenches, sockets, power assembly and holding fixtures.
• Read blueprints, work instructions and process flow diagrams.
• Interpret SPC charts.
• Work in a team environment with continuous improvement tools.
