Responsibilities

• Assemble precision electromechanical products with tasks such as drilling, reaming, burnishing, and tapping.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specified tolerances.
• Assemble, disassemble, repair, and reassemble precision assemblies and correct malfunctions.
• Assist in assembling and modifying prototype precision units for engineering personnel.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience.
• Must be available for 2nd shift.
• Strong communication, reading, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work using a microscope and handle mechanical small parts.
• Experience with shock‑sensitive devices.
• Follow standard operating procedures or assembly instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Soldering certification or experience.
• Experience working closely with Test and Manufacturing technicians/engineers.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Experience with shock‑sensitive devices.
• Experience with mechanical small parts.

Salary

#MPR Primary Level Salary Range: $40,700.00 – $67,900.00. The range is a guideline; base salary considers the scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Additional earnings may include overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses.
