Qualifications

• Experience in electromechanical, mechanical, or industrial assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with bearings, component fit-up, and assembly processes.
• Comfortable using hand tools and small production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Build and install sub-assemblies and complete finished units to specification.
• Use hand tools, drill presses, arbor presses, and other shop equipment.
• Inspect and test completed products to ensure quality and functionality.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
