Addison Group is seeking a hands-on Final Assembler in Buffalo, NY to handle assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic products. You will follow technical documentation to complete assemblies while ensuring quality and performance standards.

The role emphasizes soldering, reading schematics, identifying defects, and collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Experience in electronic or electromechanical assembly.
Soldering skills required.
Ability to read schematics, drawings, and assembly instructions.
Familiarity with electronic components and basic circuits.
Basic troubleshooting and test equipment experience.

Responsabilités

Perform final assembly of electronic and electromechanical products and subassemblies.
Follow drawings, schematics, work instructions, and production procedures.
Perform soldering and basic electrical/mechanical assembly.
Set up and use test equipment to verify completed assemblies.
Identify defects or nonconforming components and assist with basic troubleshooting.
Perform routine testing of circuits, components, and finished products.
Document test results and completed production activities accurately.
Maintain fixtures and assist with basic calibration and equipment maintenance.
Follow established safety, quality, ESD, and manufacturing procedures.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues and meet production goals.
