Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of assembly experience; optical mechanical assembly preferred.
• Experience with machining, 3D printing or additive manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with CAD programs (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD) and Excel/Oracle.
• Excellent attention to detail; read and edit blueprints for manufacturability.
• Willingness to cross-train and pursue training/certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and ISO procedures.
• Create and edit detailed work instructions.
• Operate torque tools, electric drivers, hand tools, and specialized optical equipment.
• Support Engineering in development of new processes, technologies, and products.
• Perform basic maintenance on machinery and tooling.
• Build tooling and production lines; be part of the Assembly team.
• Participate in sustaining 5S Standards.
