Newton Scientific, a division of Rigaku Americas Holding, is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Testing Technician who will perform testing and support assembly on small electro-mechanical products in a full-time, hourly role. The ideal candidate has hands-on electronics testing experience and proficiency with test equipment and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on electronic testing or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Experience with electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute established test procedures to ensure performance and quality.
• Conduct visual and final inspections of assemblies.
• Operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Document test results and maintain accurate production records.
• Identify and communicate product failures and quality concerns.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly using hand tools and fixtures.
• Solder through-hole and surface mount as needed.
