Job summary

Newton Scientific, a Division of Rigaku Americas Holding, is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Testing Technician. The role involves hands-on testing, assembly support, and strict adherence to procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in electronic testing or electro-mechanical assembly, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and strong attention to documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on electronic testing or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute established test procedures and work instructions to ensure products meet performance and quality requirements.
• Conduct visual inspections and final inspections of assemblies.
• Operate oscilloscope, digital multimeters, high-voltage test equipment, and other production test equipment.
• Document test results and maintain accurate production records.
• Identify and communicate product failures, anomalies, and quality concerns.
• Perform precision electro-mechanical assembly using hand tools and fixtures.
