Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent with 6 years' experience or an Associate's degree with 2+ years' experience.
• Active Top Secret / SCI w/Poly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals.
• Proficiency in soldering and complex rework.
• Experience with fiber optic installation and mag-wire is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleanroom and ESD protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly per instructions and specs.
• Conduct precision mechanical assembly and rework to tolerances.
• Install and route fiber optic cables with minimal signal loss.
• Execute complex solder rework and mag-wire repair tasks.
• Assist with test equipment setup, calibration, and testing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to complete projects.
