Job summary

Precision Fuzing and Sensors is seeking an Assembly Tech II in Middletown, CT. The role involves performing specialized electro-mechanical assemblies, soldering, and testing under limited supervision to support production requirements.

Responsibilities include wiring, mechanical assembly, in-process and final testing, and documenting results. Candidates should have 2-3 years of assembly experience and a basic computer skill set. Shift: 1st, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of assembly experience required.
• Basic knowledge of computers and related software.
• General soldering experience (IPC J-STD-001) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general assembly operations including PCB assembly, conformal coating, potting, testing and inspection.
• Conduct in-process, environmental, and final ATP testing.
• Set up and operate standard assembly and test equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, assembly drawings and work instructions; assist in developing new instructions.
