Job summary

Precision Fuzing and Sensors in Middletown, CT is hiring an Assembly Tech II to perform general and specialized electro-mechanical assemblies, soldering, and testing under supervision. The role supports the Operations Department and requires experience with printed wiring boards, conformal coating, potting, and inspection.

You will work from blueprints and instructions, operate standard tools, participate in process improvements, and help training others.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years minimum of assembly experience required.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
• General soldering experience (IPC J-STD-001) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and specialized electro-mechanical assemblies per blueprints and specs.
• Set up and operate assembly tools and test equipment.
• Conduct in-process, environmental, and final testing and document results.
