Job summary

Cristek is seeking a team-oriented assembler for our Minden, NV facility. The role involves precision assembly of aerospace/defense products, following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.

You will use hand tools and precision equipment, perform tests, and contribute to quality and process improvements. Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), 2–3 years of precision electro-mechanical manufacturing experience, and the ability to read instructions and handle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical/vocational training in electronics, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly preferred.
• 2–3 years of precision electro-mechanical manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Aerospace/electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components per drawings and specs.
• Perform measuring, fitting, wiring, and basic soldering as required.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and precision measuring instruments.
• Perform testing and verification of assembled products for functionality.
• Conduct in-process inspections and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Maintain production documentation and quality records.
• Follow ESD, FOD, safety, and quality procedures.
• Support cross-training and assist other production areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
